    Reporting issues to PROPHIX Customer Support

    The PROPHIX Customer Support Team is available to answer any technical questions about the software, from installation and setup to software problems and error messages.

    Our Customer Support services are available to our customers who have current maintenance agreements with us. Maintenance agreements are initiated at the time of software purchase and are renewable annually in advance of expiry. With maintenance, your company is entitled to access to Customer Support and the online support services, downloads to the latest software releases and patches, delivery of periodic newsletters and customer-only events.

    Please do not use these forums to report specific problems you are having with your PROPHIX installation and/or model. It is suggested that you should contact Customer Support directly, as this method will result in a quicker response.
