If you cannot access the other Discussion forums or documents from within our Downloads area, there are a couple of reasons:
- You are not currently logged into the PROPHIX Community;
- You are not currently subscribed to access the PROPHIX Community; or,
- Your software maintenance agreement with PROPHIX has expired.
Note: Customers who have usernames for the old secure.prophix.com site should be aware that they are no longer valid and you will need to join the new PROPHIX Community before you can access the shared resources.

When you join, our site moderators will validate your request against our customer database. If you are listed as a contact for your company in our database, we will approve your request usually within 1 business day (but generally faster). If we cannot validate you for any reason, we will attempt to contact you via email to request further information.
Please note: All email addresses from generic email sites (such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, aol.com and gmail.com) are not allowed and your join request will be immediately disapproved.
