Operating Hours for the 2007/2008 holiday season:
With the holiday season drawing near, we would like to announce the operating hours for our Customer Support team.
Holiday operating hours for the Support desk are from 9:00 am to 5:00pm (EST - Eastern Time), also please be aware of the following closures:
- Tuesday December 25 - CLOSED
- Wednesday December 26 - CLOSED
- Tuesday January 1 - CLOSED
The Customer Support team will make every effort to address your calls and e-mails in a timely manner during this season. However, due to limited staffing during this period, response time may be affected depending on call volume. We ask that you be patient and apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may result.
