I'm excited to announce that if you are on Prophix One you now have access to Prophix One Intelligence our AI engine. Once enabled, you then have access to a series of agents across the platform that are accessible through our Copilot. These agents can help answer questions about how to use Prophix One and also help answer questions about your data.
Here's how to enable it in Prophix One:
Enabling Prophix One Intelligence on the Platform
To ensure proper governance and oversight, activation is managed at the Portal Administrator level. Before users can access the feature:
A Portal Administrator must navigate to Account Management > Account Information.
The Activate Prophix One Intelligence setting must be turned on.
The administrator must review and accept the legal agreement.
At least one virtual assistant must be activated to provide users with functionality.
Once selections are made, clicking Apply completes the process. Users should then see "Stars" in the upper right corner where they can access our agents.
