Q1: On the staff planning template — is the \"FTE required\" metric calculated?

A1: Yes — calculated from the patient-to-nurse ratio. A planned FTE and over/under variance are shown alongside it.

Q2: Can Copilot aggregate our multiple Medicare Advantage payers into a standard blended rate for budgeting (e.g., dump the result into months 1–6 with a 3% assumption)?

A2: Today's Copilot is focused on reporting and analysis, not budget population. The Planning Agent (Prophix roadmap, Q3) is the capability that will populate a budget version with a blended rate and growth assumptions. In the meantime, weighted-rate modeling on imported payer data achieves the same outcome without AI.

Q3: Will Copilot auto-load that result into my budget version? Can it provide me a template?

A3: Same path — the Planning Agent at Q3 will populate the budget version. Weighted-rate modeling is the interim approach.

Q4: What integrations are needed to get the data behind the measures being discussed (staffing, incidents, payer mix)?

A4: Three main systems — GL/ERP for financials, HR for time and hours, and EHR/EMR (PointClickCare, MatrixCare). Other operational systems are typically phase-two integrations.

Q5: We test rates and occupancy by month in Excel during budgeting because Prophix Classic processing time is too slow — is there a way to do that level of iterative testing inside Prophix?

A5: This is the canonical Classic → FP&A Plus use case. Senior living customers moving to Plus have seen processing times go from hours in Classic to minutes in Plus.

Q6: Can we pull incident reports directly through PCC integration rather than averaging? How deep can we go — e.g., residents on antibiotics and similar clinical detail?

A6: Yes, at a curated level today — aggregated counts above the resident level (e.g., counts on antibiotics, incident counts). Deeper resident-level detail is evolving as the Prophix–PCC partnership and BAAs mature.
